Troop 30, 59 & 92 at Toms River Council for Flag Ceremony

Scouts from Troops 30, 59, and 92 had the honor and privilege of performing the presentation of colors at the Township’s Annual Reorganization Meeting. They also watched the new council and mayor being sworn in.
